Emergency crews are on the scene of a standoff in Lexington.

Lexington police and firefighters were called to a business on Gold Rush Road near New Circle and Nicholasville Road around 1 p.m. Friday. We're told a suicidal man has barricaded himself inside.

Authorities said there are no hostages, but it's believed the man is armed.
