The convicted rapist who escaped from his jury trial in Lexington last week has been indicted on new charges.

John Buckley hasn't been seen since last Thursday. That's when the 29-year old allegedly cut his ankle bracelet and took off while he waited for a Fayette County jury to decide his fate in his rape trial.

On Tuesday, Buckley was indicted on charges of bail jumping and tampering with a prisoner monitoring device.
