GLASGOW, Ky. (AP) - A former Kentucky State Police trooper has entered a guilty plea to a charge of drunken driving.

The Glasgow Daily Times reports 27-year-old Casey Joseph Wethington of Columbia entered the plea on Monday in Barren District Court.

Wethington was arrested in Cave City on March 3 after local police noticed an erratic driver. According to an officer's report, Wethington was "all over the roadway," and a breath test registered his blood alcohol content at 0.2, which is higher than the legal limit of .08.

Wethington, who resigned after he was arrested, was off duty when he was pulled over.
