The Atlanta Falcons have activated defensive tackle Corey Peters from the reserve/non-football injury list.
Peters told Lex18 Sports that he will "tenantively" play this weekend when the Falcons visit the Philadelphia Eagles.
The former Kentucky Wildcat was originally selected by the Falcons in the third round (83rd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft. In two seasons in Atlanta, and prior to his time on the injury list, Peters started 30 of 31 career games while recording 73 tackles (57 solo), four sacks, three passes defensed, one interception and one fumble recovery.
