Family Grieves For Victim Of Laurel County Accident

A Laurel County family is grieving the death of a wife and mother killed in an automobile accident.

Jennifer McQueen died in a crash Thursday morning, not far from her home. Family members say McQueen was on her way to drop off her three daughters at school. Police say she lost control of her car on KY 490 and crashed.

"Her girls were her world. They are going to miss her," Sonya McQueen said.

The three girls were taken to the hospital after the accident. They are all back home recovering from minor injuries.

McQueen comes from a well known family in Laurel County family. He husband, Jeffrey McQueen, is running for magistrate.
