Firefighters in Clark County battled a two-alarm fire Tuesday morning.

The blaze broke out sometime around 6:30 a.m.in a vacant house at the corner of Monroe Avenue and South Bloomfield Road in Winchester. Firefighters say they were able to quickly get the fire under control.

Fire officials say they don't know what sparked the blaze. All of the utilities were turned off at the house. Investigators continue to to talk to neighbors, trying to determine if anybody was staying in the home, or if they saw anybody going in or out.

The same house burned about a year ago. Investigators never determined the cause of that blaze.
