Fire damaged several units in a Lexington apartment complex Tuesday night.

The blaze broke out in a ground floor unit at the Patchen Place Apartments on Patchen Drive around 9 p.m. Firefighters say at least five apartments sustained heavy smoke damage.

There were no reported injuries.

Officials say the fire may have started on a stove, but have not officially determined the cause of the blaze.
