Fire destroyed a home in Bourbon County early Wednesday morning.

A passing driver called the fire department around 2 a.m. Firefighters say when crews arrived at the house along Colville Road in Millersburg, the roof had already collapsed. Firefighters decided to just let the fire burn out.

Officials say electricity was turned on at the home, but it remains unclear if anybody lived there.

Firefighters have not determined what caused the blaze.
