Five people were arrested in Leslie County early Monday morning after police say they found a working meth lab in a home.
The arrests took place at about 1:10 a.m. at a home on Muncy Creek Road in the Stinnett Community of Leslie County. Police say preliminary investigation indicates that less that one gram of the finished product was located along with several ingredients to manufacture meth.
Present in the residence were Scott Roberts, 36. Dwight C. Hill, 34, Ashleigh Baker, 23, Fredy Collett, 29, and Anita Collett, 35. All of the individuals were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense along with other related charges.
A juvenile was also present in the home and was removed and placed in the care of Department of Protection and Permanency. The investigation is continuing and more arrest is possible.
All five suspects are being held at the Leslie County Detention Center.
