Police in Lincoln County say they have arrested five people in connection with a a home invasion robbery Monday night.
The incident happened at a home along Shake Rag Road Monday night. Police say one of the suspects, who were all wearing black ski masks, had a shotgun. They say that the other suspects guarded an elderly woman and her sister inside the home while a female suspect searched the home.
Police say the suspects got away with several items, including a purse and an ATM card. The two women in the home were not hurt.
Police said they arrested the following people in the robbery: Tracy McMahan, 21, of Stanford, Chad Oaks, 25, of Stanford, Garry Jonah Griffin, 25, of Lancaster, Kathy Murphy, 24, of Stanford and Christopher Leek, 25, of Stanford. All except McMahan are charged with first-degree robbery. MacMahan is charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
