Four people suffered injuries in a single vehicle accident in Bourbon County Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the driver of a pickup truck lost control along HWY-627 and slammed into a tree. Officials say they think the truck was pulling a trailer that was too heavy.
"They were only doing 30 mph, and once it started going, it slammed them into the tree," Michael Jones, with the Bourbon County Sheriff's Office, said.
Jenny Edgington was flown to UK Hospital. She was in critical condition at last check.
EMS transported three other men to the hospital. Eddie Edgington suffered a broken ankle. James Mitchell Sr. and James Mitchell Jr. also sustained injuries. There was no word on their conditions.
