Police have released more information on a rollover accident that injured four people in Lexington Sunday evening.

Police say a Buick Park Avenue driven by Billy Raines was traveling westbound along Winchester Road near the Jif plant at a high rate of speed around 6:45 p.m. when Raines lost control and crossed into the eastbound lanes. An eastbound Chrysler Concorde slammed into the passenger side of the Buick, causing it to hit a building and then flip onto its roof.

EMS took Raines and a passenger in his car, along with two of the four occupants of the Chrysler, to the hospital for treatment.

Officials say Raines' passenger suffered life threatening injuries.

Police have not said if Raines will face any charges.
