The fourth of four former Boyle County volunteer firefighters charged with arson was sentenced Tuesday.
Melinda Orberson was sentenced to two years in prison in the case. In earlier sentencings in the case, Stephen Orberson faced seven counts of third-degree arson. He'll serve two years on each count. His sentence will run concurrently. James Robert Tate faced five counts of arson, and he'll serve two years for each count that will run concurrently.
A count of third-degree arson was added to Frederick Tate, who will serve two years concurrently on three counts of third-degree arson.
