Lexington police say officers arrested a fourth person connected to a violent home invasion last week.

Police arrested Kevin Rivers, 27, and charged him with robbery for his role in the break-in at an apartment on Cambridge Drive.

The incident happened at the Merrill Place apartment complex on Cambridge Drive on Jan. 25. Police say Joekeyta Jordan, 21, knew who was at the door when she answered a knock around midnight. When Jordan opened the door, two armed men burst inside and assaulted two victims who were in the apartment with her. One of the victims went to UK Hospital, suffering from a wound to the head after one of the assailants hit him with the butt of a rifle.

Police found Jordan sitting in an SUV a short time later and took her into custody. Officers later charged her with robbery. Police in Woodford County arrested Matthew C. Neace, 24 and Avery R. Neace, 25, after investigators issued warrants.
