Police are investigating a robbery at a Franklin County gas station.

It happened around 10 p.m. at the Swifty on Versailles Road in Frankfort.

Investigators have not released any information about this latest robbery. Witnesses say the gas station was extremely busy at the time because it was the last one in the area to raise its price.

Robbers have targeted this Swifty before.

The gas station was robbed in August 2011, when a robber hit a worker three times in the face with a monkey wrench, but left empty handed.
