Police in Frankfort say they have arrested a man and charged him with murder in the fatal shooting of a teenager Monday morning.

Police say officers responded to a shooting call at the Austin Park Apartments on Bypass Plaza Drive around 1:30 a.m. When police arrived, they found 16-year-old Jafari Zimbari Hart with gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot. The Franklin County coroner pronounced Hart dead at the scene.

Police say that Monday afternoon they arrested Carstaigo Fields, 19, and charged him with Hart's murder. They say more arrests in the case are likely.
