Funeral arrangements have been set for a Lincoln County teenager who was killed by his own gun Friday.

16-year-old Cody Mesaris will be laid to rest Monday.

Visitation will start at 11:00 in the morning at the Morris and Hislope Funeral Home.

The funeral will start at 1:00 pm.

He died Friday of a gunshot wound from a hand gun that his mother gave him as a present.

The Lincoln County coroner suspects his death was accidental but police are still investigating.
