The Gameday Ready Tour kicked off Sunday in Joker Phillips' hometown of Franklin.
On Monday, Joker visited West Liberty.
Earlier this year, on March 2, a tornado tore through downtown West Liberty, destroying everything in it's path more than a mile wide.
"It was one of those 'Oh my God' type of things," Phillips said, "four months removed and things are not close to being put together. That's what touched me coming through the city."
That's also what inspired Joker to visit West Liberty for his Gameday Ready Tour -- to help ease the pain.
"I saw how many people came out to this thing and I did feel the warmth," Phillips admitted, "you feel the support and hopefully they feel the support from us."
"It's good to know they haven't forgot about us," Morgan County Football Coach Brian Turner said of Kentucky, "they're here to provide a fun atmosphere for our kids and let us know they're thinking about us."
It was a free event that encouraged the kids to be active and also meet the Kentucky football coach -- something Morgan County's coach said means a lot to the community at a time like this.
