Officials in Garrard County are investigating a mysterious death.

Christian Robinette, 41, of Lancaster, was reported missing late last week. His body was found in a storage unit Tuesday afternoon around 4 p.m.

Robinette's wife says the last time she spoke with her husband was Thursday evening when they were arguing. The investigation led police to a storage facility on Enterprise Drive. Inside one of the units, they found Robinette locked in his vehicle. The keys were not in the ignition, and there were no signs of foul play.

Garrard County Coroner Daryl Hodge says the body was transported to Frankfort for an autopsy, scheduled for Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.
