OSHA and the Scott County coroner are investigating a death inside a Georgetown factory early Wednesday morning.

The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. at Aichi Forge on Triport Road. The coroner says Steven Reynolds, 44, was working on some machinery when he was electrocuted.

Officials say was from Lexington. An autopsy is being performed, but no foul play is suspected.
