Ingredients
1/3 cup mango chutney, chopped
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
12 thick slices of good quality bacon
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375. Stir glaze ingredients together and set aside. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until the fat begins to render about 10 to 12 minutes. Pour off any accumulated fat. Turn over the bacon and brush 1/2 of glaze over the 12 slices. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes longer. Remove from oven and turn bacon again. Brush with the remaining glaze and bake again for 3 to 5 minutes until done.
