A Golden Alert has been issued in Whitley County for a couple who both suffer from dementia.
Homer Martin, 80, and Jeanette Martin, 77, of Corbin were last seen on at about 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 7 at a home on Black Diamond Road. Officials say both suffer from early onset dementia. Officials say their hobbies include driving around looking for wildlife, and they may be driving a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country vehicle with a Kentucky license plate 447-JHX. Both require daily medications.
Homer Martin is described as a white male, 6-foot-2 tall, 240 pounds with white hair and ble eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts. Jeanette Martin is described as a white female, five-foot-four tall, 125 pounds, last seen wearing a black skirt with a flower design and a black blouse with red polka dots.
