Ingredients
2 heaping cups of strawberries, blueberries, bananas or a combination of your favorite bite-sized fruit
1 cup plain, vanilla or fruit yogurt
1 cup granola, low fat or regular
fresh mint for garnish
Directions
Layer the ingredients into 4 parfait or wine glasses starting with the yogurt, then adding granola and berries. Try to use at least 2 layers of each ingredient into each glass.Top with extra berries. Garnish with mint.
