Ingredients
4 cups of old fashioned oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup chopped dried apricots
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together oats, sugar, cinnamon, walnuts and sunflower seeds. In a microwavable bowl, mix orange juice,honey and vanilla, then microwave for about a minute until honey is melted. Stir until blended. Pour liquid mixture over oat mixture and stir well to coat. Spread into a large baking pan. Bake 30 minutes stirring mixture every 10 until mixture is golden brown. Remove from oven and add raisins,dried cranberries and apricots. Makes 5 cups.
