A western Kentucky man already convicted of sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy has pleaded guilty to more charges.
Herbert Pember entered his plea in a Graves County court on Monday. He pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
Pember also entered a guilty plea back in April to a count of third-degree sodomy. A five-year sentence has been recommended for both charges.
Sentencing in both cases is set for October.
