Ingredients
1 flank steak, 2 to 3 pounds
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup beer
Directions
Score the meat on both sides in a crisscross pattern making cuts about 1 inch apart and 1/8 inch deep. Place the meat in a shallow casserole. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor,blend well and pour over the meat. Cover and marinade overnight. Turn meat several times during the time. Grill over hot coals or in a grill pan 4 minutes on each side for rare meat. Slice against the grain to serve.
