A former elementary school aide admitted in court to inappropriately touching two young relatives while he was drunk.

According to the Lexington Herald Leader, Richard Davis plead guilty Friday to sodomy and sexual abuse charges. Davis said the sexual contact happened as many as four times starting in December of 2011.

One count of incest and two counts of sexual abuse were dismissed as part of a plea deal.

Davis faced a possible life sentenced had the case gone to trial. Now prosecutors are recommending a 15-year sentence.
