BURLINGTON (AP) - A northern Kentucky man, once serving 15 years in prison in his infant daughter's death, has entered a new plea and is now eligible for parole.

The Kentucky Enquirer reported 34-year-old Benjamin Senseman entered an Alford plea on Wednesday in Boone Circuit Court to charges of reckless homicide and second-degree criminal abuse.

Senseman denies he caused the death of 2-month-old Chloe Senseman, but acknowledged prosecutors have sufficient evidence to convict him. Prosecutors contended Senseman fatally injured his daughter by forcing her head into the corner of a playpen in 2009 at the family's home in Hebron.

Senseman was convicted of manslaughter in 2010, but the Kentucky Court of Appeals overturned the verdict.
