Henry County Women Use Positions To Get Pills

A Henry County arrested two New Castle women on indictments after an investigation revealed they were using their positions to get drugs.

Police say Jessica Tuggle Dale, 29, used her position as a receptionist at Henry County Medical Center to obtain forged prescriptions in her name. Felicia Smith, 46, acted as an accomplice, using her position as a pharmacy tech at Cooks Pharmacy in New Castle to fraudulently fill prescriptions. Smith also allegedly destroyed payment records so Dale would not have to pay for the pills.

Both women face numerous drug related charges including trafficking a controlled substance.
