Police arrested a Lexington Fayette Urban County Government Division of Community Corrections inmate after he failed to return on time from a court ordered pass Monday afternoon.

Police booked Moses Fielding into the Fayette County Detention Center just before midnight after he turned himself in around 10:30 p.m.

Officials say he will now face an escape charge along with his original charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and parole violation.
