Investigators in Nicholas County are looking into a case of vandalism at a church.
Deputies say several windows and a side door were damaged at Rose Hill United Methodist Church outside of Carlisle.
A church member discovered the vandalism Saturday afternoon when he came in the building to turn on the heat.
The crime didn't stop church services Sunday morning, the congregation was moved to the kitchen.
Parishioners say they are just trying to figure out why this happened. "Why would they bother God's house? God's seen them. They didn't get by with it," says Ronnie Small, a member of the church.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Nicholas County Sheriff's office.
