The second trial for a Scott County man accused of killing his parents got underway Monday with jury selection.
In January 2012, the judge declared a mistrial when the jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision about Anthony Gray's innocence or guilt. He's accused of gunning down his parents, James and Vivian Gray, in 2007 to collect their insurance money.
Gray says he is innocent and only confessed to the crime after police tricked him. The trial is expected to last two weeks.
