Friday is designated as Children's Day, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST. More than 40 authors will take part in activities including reading and demonstrations.

All the authors will participate Saturday, set for 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with symposiums, readings, face-painting and characters in costume.
