Basketball was FUN at Rupp.

Forget the final score of 117-52.

UK played much harder compared to their effort against Campbellsville.

It's normal not to have an idea how good UK is going to be based on playing Clarion.  But, it's obvious UK can be as special as most True Blue fans have already been thinking.

John Wall was amazing.  27 Points, when he could have had 40.  Throw in 10 of 14 from the field and 9 assists and 4 rebounds.

Big Cuz, handles the rock, hustled back a number of times on defense and was second with 20. DeMarcus also chipped in with 6 rebounds.

There were six Cats in double figures.

Patterson, who received a big hand when he left for the last time had 14 points and 6 rebounds.

Miller, Dodson, and Harris all chipped in with 11.

Dodson had a porr shooting night at 3 for 11, but he was everywhere.  The rail thin forward had 9 rebounds.

UK shot 59%.

Clarion 23%.

Take a deep breath about Daniel Orton.  He was kicked in the chest on a scramble for a loose ball.  X-rays were negative.  No one is saying he won't be able to play next friday when they start keeping score for real against Morehead State.
