Kentucky Native Country Music Superstar Naomi Judd To Be Inducted Into Kentucky Walk Of Legends

LOUISVILLE, KY, October 3, 2013-Country Music Superstar, Actor, Author and Kentucky Native Naomi Judd will be inducted into the Kentucky Walk of Legends this month. The induction ceremony will be held at Down One Bourbon Bar & Restaurant at 1:45 p.m. on October 12, 2013. A private reception will follow at Down One. The restaurant is located at 321 West Main Street in Louisville, Kentucky. The Nearlyweds, a film starring Judd, will show at Louisville's International Festival of Film at 3 p.m. that day in the Breathitt Room at Galt House Hotel, Second Floor, Suite (East) Tower.

The Kentucky Walk of Legends serves as a permanent public display of achievement in the film and entertainment industry. It bears the names of a mix of Kentucky actors, musicians, directors and producers. Each honoree casts their hands and footprints in cement, as well as their signature.

The casts are on permanent display at Down One Bourbon Bar & Restaurant at the corner of Third Street and Main Street in Downtown Louisville. Past honorees include Lily Tomlin, Conrad Bachmann and Warren Oates.
