A Knox County grand jury has indicted a couple in connection with a deadly shooting.

According to the Times Tribune newspaper, Stinking Creek fire chief Jesse Jaynes and his wife, Angela, were arrested in December. They're charged with killing James Cox during a fight outside their home on Bailey Branch Road.

Investigators say Cox and Angela Jaynes had some sort of relationship.
