A Knox County grand jury has indicted a daycare owner after investigators say several children were found alone in a hot attic.

In July, state inspectors came to Great Start Educational Center in Barbourville for a license complaint, but investigators say instead they found five children alone in an attic in more than 100-degree heat.

Larinda Tuttle faces five counts of criminal abuse. She's due back in court Friday.
