A burglar targeted a Lexington pet salon early Tuesday morning.

Police say officers responded to an alarm at Janna's Pet Salon on Euclid Avenue around 2 a.m. When they arrived, they found the glass front door shattered. Police brought in a K9 unit. It tracked the suspect, or suspects, through the store and out the back door. Investigators say a getaway car was likely waiting there.

The owner says the burglar only got away with a TV.

Police continue to investigate.
