Lexington Police Arrest Five In Drug Bust

Lexington police arrested five Detroit natives after a prescription pill bust Monday night.

According to court documents, police were looking for Darrian Tomlin on a warrant in connection with a large drug operation in Michigan. Police say they found him, along with four other men, in a home along Townley Drive. Officers say they also found a bag with more than 500 oxycodone pills and nearly $10,000 in cash.

Police arrested Tomlin, Dominic Allen Jr., Benisha Jackson, Terran Price and Scott Watkins, and charged all five with drug trafficking. Price and Allen also face charges for hindering apprehension for helping Tomlin, according to court documents.
