Lexington police said Friday afternoon that from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday that they worked on 74 non-injury and seven injury collisions on Fayette County roads due to the hazardous road conditions of the day.

Police say they have received reports of black ice on the roadways, especially causing issues in the areas of overpasses and the I-75/I-64 north split.
