Motorists traveling through the construction zone at Harrodsburg Road and New Circle Road late Sunday night got a little chuckle.

Somebody hacked into electronic road construction signs and change the message. One sign read: "LOL AT ME" and "HA HA."

About a month ago, somebody changed a sign to read "Death Eaters Ahead" just prior to the Harry Potter Movie. Before that, a northern Kentucky sign was hacked and changed to "Zombies Ahead."

Alexis and Kyle Snowden were on the way home from King's Island. They say they found the signs quite funny.

"We've seen the "Zombies Ahead" about two months ago, and then saw this one and had to take a minute and have a laugh."

Highway officials don't find the changes amusing. Tampering with road signs is illegal, a misdemeanor carrying a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail.
