Police say a man robbed the Shell station on the corner of Versailles Road and Alexandria Drive early Wednesday morning.
Police say a man armed with a knife walked into the station around 4:40 a.m. and demanded money. He ran from the station with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The clerk was not injured.
Police say a K9 was not able to pick up the suspect's scent.
Officers say the robber stood about 6'2" and was skinny. He was wearing a toboggan, ski mask and sunglasses, so the clerk didn't get a better description.
It was the second overnight gas station robbery. Two men armed with guns robbed the Circle K on Richmond Road late Tuesday night.
