Police say a holiday Grinch tried to take out a Christmas tradition overnight Friday.
The house on Amberly Drive in Lexington is home to a 50,000 light Christmas display as well as a drop-off spot for Toys For Tots.
But Friday night when the homeowner got back, he found displays knocked over, some lights pulled down and a tree damaged.
They think it was the work of local kids and most of the damage has been repaired.
If you'd like to see the Coyle's Christmas House and drop off a donation for Toys For Tots, you can do so 7-days a week. The Toys For Tots drop box is out front.
