The man accused of killing a retired Scott County bus driver at her home in 2010 has pleaded not guilty in the case.
Nicholas Willinger entered a not guilty plea in court Wednesday afternoon. Willinger has been indicted on all charges against him - murder, robbery and burglary.
He is accused in the death of Sue Jones at her home in 2010. He was arrested on the fourth anniversary of the death.
Police say another person, Ciji Jefferson, put Willinger up to breaking into Jones' home telling him Jones would not be there.
Police say when Willinger realized Jones was home, he beat her to death in her bed. The Scott County coroner said the 68-year-old died from blunt force trauma to the head. Police say Jones' boyfriend discovered her body and called authorities.
