The man accused of trying to kidnap a teenage girl over the weekend in Laurel County plead not guilty in court Monday morning.
Carl Miller spoke to LEX 18 Sunday from the Laurel County Detention Center. He says he has been wrongly accused.
Miller is a convicted killer in a case from 1989. Now he's accused of approaching a 15-year-old girl, making sexual comments toward her, then trying to grab her.
The girl told authorities she broke free and ran to a neighbor's home for help.
Miller goes back to court on the May 21. He is being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
