A man charged with a killing a Leslie County family of five has been found competent to stand trial.
Back in February 2004, the Sturgill family was found dead in a burned out mobile home. Police say Clayton Jackson, who was supposed to be a friend of the family, killed all five and then set the mobile home on fire.
25-year-old Chris Sturgill, his wife, 21-year-old amanda, and the couple's three children, Michael, Robert and Jordan were all killed.
Jackson's trial date has been set for May 10.
