A man accused of beating and killing his great-grandmother four years ago made a court appearance Thursday.
Richmond Police haven't confirmed the name of the suspect, but LEX 18 found 22-year-old William "Cody" Tribble in the jail records charged with murder and documents showing that he confessed in an interview this week.
The killing happened in July 2008 when 78-year-old Joanne Margie Tribble was found badly beaten in her own home. She died the next day.
LEX 18 was told Tribble had his hearing in juvenile court, since he was 17 at the time of the crime, to determine whether he'll be tried as an adult.
