Police arrested the driver of a car after a crash in Lexington Monday night.

Police say Trinidad Aviles, 27, lost control of his car in a curve along Codell Drive around 11:30 p.m. and slammed into a wrought-iron fence.

Aviles was not hurt, but police say he was drunk. Officers arrested Aviles and charged him with DUI.
