Man Arrested After Steel Plates Allegedly Stolen From Railroad Discovered

Danville police arrested a man after a large amount of steel plates were discovered in the back of a truck.
Brian Montgomery has been charged in the theft. Officials say the plates were stolen from the Norfolk Southern Railway.
Montgomery was charged with receiving stolen property. He is being held in the Boyle County Detention Center.
