Lexington police say officers arrested a man who robbed his friends Thursday morning.

Court documents indicate Andrew Wagner, 22, broke into a home on Cove Lake Drive. Police say Wagner held a man and woman at gunpoint, demanding cash. At some point, the male victim grabbed Wagner and pulled off the mask he was wearing. At that point, the couple recognized him.

Wagner took off running.

Investigators say the victims led them to Wagner's home where officers made the arrest.

Wagner faces a robbery charge.
